Social Gathering 5:30 p.m. – Dinner 6:00 p.m

Entree Choices at $28 each:
- Grilled 10 ounce NY Strip Steak Topped with rosemary blue cheese compound butter and a side of mashed potatoes
- Panko Breaded Stuffed Chicken Stuffed with fresh mozzarella, tomato, pesto sauce and topped with a creamy Boursin cheese sauce with a side of rice pilaf
- Mushroom Ravioli with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions in a light garlic herb Boursin cream sauce
- Blackened Grilled Salmon Topped with mango salsa and avocado over rice pilaf
All entrees include mixed greens salad with roasted garlic red wine vinaigrette dressing, rolls, butter, and coffee or tea.
Dessert is Chocolate Mousse Tart with Pinot Noir soaked cherries and fresh whipped cream.
