Featuring: Blackhawk
-- July 11 at 6pm

 |
Three
friends with similar musical outlooks coming together
as seasoned singers, songwriters, and musicians, blending
their talents to create the unique, organic sound that
is BlackHawk.
To date, BlackHawk has sold over
5 million CDs and charted 13 Top 40 records, including
the #1's "Every Once In A While" and "I'm
Not Strong Enough to Say No." more..
|
Nate Marshall from American Idol
will be opening for Black Hawk! |
|
Appearing on the midway near
the games: Stone Honey-- July 11 at
2pm - free show!
 |
Stonehoney
serves up a home-cooked soul stew of good time, American
music with plenty of sweet vocal harmony to spare. What
started as a "songwriters in the round" quickly
became something bigger and better than the sum of its
parts.
Veteran musicians
Shawn Davis, Phil Hurley, David Phenicie and Nick Randolph
create something special together in the blend of their
voices and depth of their songs. A new sound has emerged
that transcends genres and blends elements of country,
folk and rock into a unique new sound that is both fresh
and yet somehow achingly familiar.
